Archiver
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 9, 2026
Axyl Digital Infrastructure LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Archiver, a Discord bot that allows users to archive and bulk-delete channel messages (the "Bot").
Data the Bot Accesses
When you use the Bot in a Discord server, it accesses only the data necessary to perform its function. This may include:
- Message content in channels where the Bot has been granted access
- Usernames and identifiers of message authors
- Attachments or links present in those messages
- Message history within the scope of the permissions you have granted the Bot
The Bot requires the following Discord permissions to operate: View Channels, Send Messages, Manage Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History, and Use Slash Commands.
How We Use and Retain Data
Data is processed only to create archives (e.g., text or HTML files) and, if you choose, to delete messages. Archives are zipped and sent to you as a Discord file attachment. We do not retain your data after delivery. Archives are stored temporarily on our server during processing and are then removed. We do not maintain a database of user data, and the Bot does not use analytics or tracking.
No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
No Accounts or Persistent Storage
The Bot does not require you to create an account with us. We do not store your personal data persistently. Any temporary files created during archiving are deleted after the operation is complete.
Hosting and Infrastructure
The Bot is hosted on Railway (cloud infrastructure). Data is processed in transit according to the practices described in this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
