Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Archiver, the Discord bot operated by Axyl Digital Infrastructure LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By adding the Bot to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

Nature of the Service

The Bot is provided "as is" for archiving and bulk-deleting Discord messages. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permissions and consent before using the Bot to archive or delete messages in any channel or server. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and any applicable laws. We are not responsible for how you use the Bot or for any consequences of archiving or deleting content.

Modification or Discontinuation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any change or cessation of the service.

Intellectual Property

The Bot and its design and code are owned by Axyl Digital Infrastructure LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXYL DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOT.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
