We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
- Redistribute or resell the App
Advertisements
The App displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any products/services they promote.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Axyl Digital Infrastructure LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXYL DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
